A) Check that the lever located on the back of the machine is set to "slow" (or "snail").
B) Make sure there is no slipping between the hammer lifting rod and the hammer lifting wheel.
If slipping is detected, adjust the springs of the counter wheel following the procedure indicated in the user manual.
