It is recommended to ensure that "zero reading" has been selected with the piezocone positioned vertically at the start test position, with the tip not in contact with the ground.
It is recommended, exclusively in the case of using a TGAS-08 data logger and if the "zero reading" has been performed correctly, to check the calibration values stored in the data logger. For subsequent acquisitions, this check is not necessary, as the calibration values contained in the tip are read automatically.
Please make sure that the piezocone has been adequately cleaned and that the seals have been correctly replaced and lubricated.

If all the above steps have been correctly performed but the problem persists, please send the piezocone to the Pagani service center for a technical evaluation. Our technicians, after analyzing the tip, will be able to determine whether calibration will be sufficient or if some components need to be replaced due to wear or damage.
