A) Start the depth encoder check, following the instructions in chapter 10.2 of the data logger manual.
B) Ensure that the depth encoder electrical cable is properly connected.
C) Verify that the encoder steel cable is properly connected and free to extend and rewind.
D) Check that the encoder electrical cable is intact and undamaged.
