The signing link contained in the DocuSign email is personal. If the message was delivered to someone other than the authorized signer, please do not simply forward the email.
It is important to provide our sales team (sales@pagani-geotechnical.com) with the name and email address of the authorized signer who will proceed.
A revision will be issued, and the signing envelope will be redirected to the designated person, who will receive it to proceed with signing the contract.
If your organization has procurement contacts responsible for purchases, please inform our sales representatives during the negotiation process to expedite the procedure and avoid delays caused by these circumstances.
