This guide summarizes the entire process of placing an order with Pagani Geotechnical Equipment.
1. QUOTE
Please request a quote from the sales team ( sales@pagani-geotechnical.com ), specifying the products of interest and complete company information.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving the offer, confirmation takes place through electronic signature of the contract via DocuSign, the only accepted method of subscription.
3. PAYMENT
Advance payment upon ordering is the standard method. After making the bank transfer, please send the payment receipt indicating the order reference to facilitate processing. Before proceeding with payment, always verify the bank details; additionally, PayPal, cryptocurrencies, or prepaid cards are not accepted.
4. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Upon receipt of payment, the order is processed (from this moment no changes are allowed). Estimated times are: 2-3 business days for consumables and common spare parts; variable times for penetrometers and customized orders.
5. TRACKING AND RECEIPT
At the time of shipment, a tracking reference will be provided. Upon receipt, it is recommended to check the contents against the order placed.
