For orders with a net amount less than €250.00 (excluding any discounts, shipping costs, and taxes), a handling fee of €30.00 applies.
Every order, regardless of the amount, is processed with the same quality standards: technical verification, documentation, quality control, and dedicated preparation. For lower-value orders, these handling costs have a significant impact, and the fee allows us to maintain the same level of service for every single order, without exceptions.
Please also note that there is a minimum order amount.
