The penetrometers of the TG 63 and TG 73 series perform, depending on the version (static or static-dynamic):
- STATIC TESTS with Begemann mechanical tip (CPT) or piezocone (CPTu), which allows for a more reliable stratigraphic interpretation;
- SEISMIC S-CPTu TESTS, by adding the seismic module to the piezocone to determine the shear wave velocity (Vs) profile;
- DYNAMIC TESTS with Super Heavy (DPSH), Heavy (DPH), or Medium (DPM) hammer systems, based on the most frequently tested soils, and SPT;
- SMALL PRE-DRILLINGS through the rotation head;
- DISTURBED SAMPLE COLLECTION with the available samplers, for laboratory analyses.
