Check for any dirt between the screen and the edge of the CPT-AS; if dirt is present, gently remove it using a cloth, taking special care not to damage the monitor. If the problem persists after ruling out dirt, proceed with recalibrating the touch following the procedure specified in the user manual.
If the monitor still does not respond correctly or adequately, it will be necessary to send the CPT-AS to the Pagani service center for a technical evaluation and, if necessary, to proceed with replacement or repair.
