The rods used in dynamic tests are consumable components with a limited life cycle; however, by taking some precautions, it is possible to partially reduce the frequency of breakages.
A) Make sure to tightly fasten the rods together.
B) Firmly tighten the striking head each time it is screwed onto a rod.
C) Carefully check the perpendicularity of the frame relative to the ground.
D) Try to insert the first rod in the most vertical position possible.
